Terms & Conditions

At Crestmont, we are passionate about providing the highest quality education and supporting every student to achieve their potential. To help us maintain these standards, all members are required to adhere to our Terms and Conditions.

By making your first payment, you agree to our Terms and Conditions listed herein:

  • Payments cover the preparation & issue of our publications as well as teaching support, which will guide the completion of the publications .
  • Payments made are for a four week participation period (28 days) unless payments are made termly. Payments must be received on or before the due date. Payments should be made by Direct Debit. Other forms of payment may incur an additional £5 admin charge unless payments are made termly.
  • It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to ensure payments are made on time. Payment calendars are made available to assist parents with payment reminders. The payment calendar is your invoice for payment for the current year. It is your responsibility to ensure a payment calendar is received before the start date.
  • Payments not received by the due date may incur fines of £10 per week (or part of the week if the week is not complete) for the first six weeks until full payment is received. Participation suspensions may apply in the process but will in any case apply by the sixth week.
  • After the first 28 days of participating, your cancellation notice time for each subject is 2 months from the date you provide written instructions to your manager .Verbal notice to leave, whether over the phone or in person, is not acceptable. You must obtain written acknowledgement for your notice as proof that notice has been submitted. Departure within the notice period will result in a claim against you for the remaining term of the two months notice period, plus any late fines that incur. Your 2 months notice period will apply at the point we suspend participation for non-payment.
  • Cheque payments and Direct Debit payments that do not clear will incur an additional admin charge of £10 in addition to any late charges that apply as described above.
  • We do not issue refunds. This does not affect your statutory rights.
  • As fees are chargeable for your enrollment period and not attendance, missed lessons are chargeable but rescheduled at mutual convenience. We will accommodate a maximum of 1 rescheduled lesson every 6 weeks, if the missed lesson is communicated to us by email or in writing before the absence. Publication material must be collected & completed for lessons that cannot be rescheduled to ensure pupils do not fall behind.
  • We reserve our discretionary right to expel any pupil from our program(s) without notice.
  • This agreement is transferable to any new company, partnership, sole trader or other organisation that may take over the business of this agreement.
  • Change of home address must be communicated to us via email.
  • You are advised to keep a copy of this application for future reference.
  • The negation of one or more Terms herein-stated, in no way negates any of the remaining Terms.
  • Our Terms may be subject to change. You will be notified by email to view changes to our Terms and Conditions at xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx ,with two months notice applying before changes come into effect.
